In August, 1958 on floor spaces of former Starobin MTS in Kulaki the self-supporting site of mechanization of building trust №3 (SSM) has been organized on its base in December, 1962 management of mechanization and special works №108 (MMSW-108) is created.

The first chief of the department had been appointed Vyacheslav Stepanovich Voronov. Subsequently MMSW-108 headed: Adam Lazarevich Chilidzhan, Michael Ippolitovich Atrushkevich, Edward Aleksandrovich Rusak, Alexander Grigorevich Loginov, Joseph Adamovich Lojko, Nikolay Anisimovich Perepechko, Anatoly Stepanovich Voronov, Alexander Sergeevich Chizhik, Dmitry Alekseevich Delendik.

Now Letunovsky Vladimir Ilich manages collective MMSW-108.

Management of mechanization and special works №108 is the modern mechanized enterprise with the big park of modern building cars and mechanisms.

From the very beginning of the Building Trust №3organization any building does not do without participation of MMSW-108. Management provides all buildings by mechanisms for performance assembly, excavating, roofing, insulating and electroinstallation works. It makes the device of punctures of water fall, anticorrosive protection, gunite works, warming of external walls and constructions, the device of vacuum floors, lining of water supply and the water drain systems, accomplishment.

The collective has mastered the device of casings linings without trench of pipelines of any diameters under railways and highways, technology of needle filter water falls of level of ground waters, the device of vacuum-processed concrete floors with use of the complete set of the modern equipment, the device of the protective polyethylene screen on building mud depot in PA "Belaruskaly". We have mastered the device of soft roofs on the newest roofing technologies with use of waterproofing materials of type "Isoplast", "Bipolikrin", "Krovljaelast" and others. New materials are applied to warming of buildings and constructions.

In 2004 the site of electroinstallation works is created. Every fifth worker of management works on this site.

Today in management of mechanization and special works №108 works more than 500 persons.
