Open Joint-Stock Company “Building Trust 3 Awards of October revolution”, the successor of number 3 construction trust, was formed in 1958 for construction of plants producing potassium fertilizers.
Today Open Joint-Stock Company “Building Trust 3” is the multi-profile enterprise of the ministry of architecture and building of the Republic Belarus which consists of specialized branches carrying out different types of construction and assembly with a solid production basis producing different types of building constructions and materials.

The newspaper « Stroitel Soligorska» — the weekly factory newspaper of labour collective of Open Joint-Stock Company ”Building Trust № 3 Awards of October revolution” which first number left on November, 1st, 1959. The newspaper has been created for the purpose of illumination of building of potash industrial complexes and arising capital of the Belarus miners.
