The children's rehabilitation-improving centre “Zelenyj bor” functions since 1992, according to the order-decision №62 from March, 3rd, 1992 of OJSC “Building Trust №3 Awards of October revolution” about opening of a sanatorium-improving complex “Zelenyj bor”.

Report №6 from June, 15th, 2006 № 02-09/647 is appropriated by the decision of the Republican commission on the state certification of the sanatorium and improving organizations the status the Children's rehabilitation-improving centre “Zelenyj bor” of II category. By order of OJSC “Building Trust №3” №403 from July, 18th, 2006 further to call the children's rehabilitation-improving centre “Zelenyj bor” of II category.

CRIC “Zelenyj bor” is capable to accept in change of 380 children, age from 7 till 18 years on a course of 24 days.

Profile of activity CRIC “Zelenyj bor” - rehabilitation and improvement of children is spent on the following specificity: aerotherapy, галотерапия, hydrotherapy, paraffin-ozokeritovye applications, herbal medicine, sauna, medical massage, hydromassage, inhalations, exercises in pool and on athletic fields; sanitation of the chronic centres of an infection in an office of the dentist, diagnostics (pneometry, МАС-1, an electrocardiogram and ultrasonic). Leisure and training are organized, 8 educational classes function.

From 1992 till 2007 77082 persons have received improvement.

In different years over the centre supervised Stadnikova Z.N. and Obruch А.К. Now CRIC “Zelenyj bor” supervises Alexander Leonidovich Dudar.
