In 1963 workers of Building Trust №3 erect industrial cases of the First, the Second mine management PA "Belaruskaly", many-storeyed houses of young Soligorsk. Difficult objects demanded new designs, the bricklaying not always was in time behind creative thought of designers, and increasing volumes of building demanded the increasing quantity of concrete and solution. On July, 1st, 1963 factory of ferroconcrete designs has begun work for the decision of these problems.

In the beginning near to the Second mine management has been constructed an unit for concrete and solution and summer range on manufacture of modular ferroconcrete designs. Then one more CSU, shop on manufacture of armature and metal constructions were erected.

In 1964 on 1969, in connection with active building the 2-nd MM and the 3-d MM, capacities of factory were extended.

The factory collective makes and delivers production on all Minsk area, providing input of habitation and the industrial enterprises.

Korzun V. was the first director of FFCD, then during the period from 1963 till 1983 11 persons supervised over the factory. From 1983 till 2000 Kashtaljan M. N has been appointed director. Since 2000 and till today Ermalinsky Sergey Alexandrovich supervises over the factory of ferroconcrete designs.

Today FFCD makes in a year more than 32 thousand cubic meter of precast concrete, 55 thousand cubic meter of concrete, 39 thousand cubic meter of a solution, 4,3 thousand cubic meter стеновых blocks for cellars, 3,5 thousand tons welded metal constructions.

For today at factory the compressor workshop is re-equipped: are established screw compressors with the air cooling, providing economy and the saving of fuel and energy resources; technical re-equipment of metal constructions workshop is executed: welded units of the inventory type are involved, allowing to make big-volume products; the system of local ventilation "Liana", for tap of a smoke from welding posts in armature workshop and metal construction site is mounted; the system of automation of preparation and giving of concrete mixes is introduced; technological process of unit for concrete and solution manufacture is improved and the technology of clayite-concrete керамзитобетона is developed.
