Management of an industrial-technological complete set of OJSC "Building Trust №3 Awards of October revolution" is transformed from supply office of building trust №3 by order №150 from April, 4th, 1963.
The first chief of MITC is Kaznacheevsky Vladimir Fedorovich and the chief engineer is Martynenkov Alexander Ivanovich. Then management headed Shkljar Jacob Grigorevich, Ralchik Nikolay Ivanovich, Delendik Nikolay Ivanovich, Alexander Filippovich Shobik. The chief of the department now is Jacob Ruvimovich Fried.
The basic direction of industrial activity of management: maintenance of building objects of OJSC "Building Trust №3 Awards of October revolution" with building designs, details, materials and half-finished products, the organization of delivery to building objects complete sets of building designs, products, details and materials in containers, packages and on pallets, realization of an operational administration by a delivery course, manufacture of woodworking products, manufacturing of own production, timber cutting works.

Experts of MITC offer the customer false ceilings, a tile of various drawings and shades for facing of walls and floors made in Germany, Spain, Italy and other firms.
MITC has business and economic relations with firms from Russia, Poland, the countries of Baltic, the Republic of Belarus and other customers. It provided with unique building materials of a construction of all four potash industrial complexes, children's oncohematological centre in Minsk, building of a gas pipeline Yamal-Europe, the Minsk international educational centre, republican hospital clinic in salty caves and other objects.
Today in management perfectly work: the foreman of house painters Anna Aleksandrovna Vlasovets, the foreman of carpenters Victor Ivanovich Dunets, the foreman of joiners Anatoly Pavlovich Bashura, the foreman of joiners Ivan Nikolaevich Pratashchik and others.
In the beginning of MITC creation the staff of workers totaled nearby 170 persons. For today it counts 250 persons.
