Construction administration №95 is created on January, 14th, 1974 in accordance with the order of the Ministry of industrial building BSSR №11. Its purpose was building of industrial targets of the fourth potash factory. Since April, 1st, 1974 its collective has started works. The collective is formed due to transfer of brigades and ETW from CA-105, CA-122, CA-123.

Gennady Aleksandrovich Kachur was the first chief CA-95. Further the organisation headed Victor Vasilevich Pyzhik, Valery Ivanovich Zverev, Valery Aleksandrovich Tsybulko, Sergey Leonidovich Garbatsevich.

Now Ivan Ivanovich Golmant manages collective CA-95.

Principal kind of contract activity of CA is complex erection of buildings and constructions of industrial, agricultural, housing and civil, social welfare, municipal and transport appointment, and also their reconstruction, expansion and reshaping, capital and running repairs.

At 4 potash factory CA-95 has constructed: a mine management office, granulation workshop, amination workshop, ore warehouses, boiler workshop, railway workshop, loading workshop, shipment workshop of technical salt, potassium sulphate workshop and a number of objects of auxiliary appointment.

In the subsequent, collective of CA-95 built objects on the second mine management (a complex of granulation №2 and №3, a black oil economy, a hothouse complex on 3he, ore warehouses, a number of thickeners and others), on the first mine management – power substation, reconstruction of the storm water drain, in area – a number of individual houses, shop; in a city – tanks of a stock of potable water on 20000m3, reconstruction of kindergartens-day nursery №29 and others.

The pig-breeding hybrid-selection complex is constructed in Hotlyany (Uzdensky region). Storehouse for potatoes on 5 thousand tons is constructed in Ozero the same rigion.

Management took active part in liquidation of consequences of Chyrnobyl disaster. CA-95 has constructed more than hundred apartment houses, school. In Minsk management constructs Radio electronics scientific research institute, and reconstructed building VUSP under the justice House.

In CA-95 remarkable staff of order bearers have grown. He/she is the foreman of a complex brigade Vladimir Grigorevich Burak, awarded the order Lenin, an award of October Revolution; carpenter-concreter Vladimir Ivanovich Zhidko, the gentleman of an award of the Labour Red Banner; Peter Grigorevich Kirilenko, the foreman of a complex brigade, is awarded the order "the Honour Sign"; Alexander Anatolevich Dovgolevets, the master, awarded awards "Friendship of the people"; Nikolay Ivanovich Shaban, the foreman, Maria Mihajlovna Seraja, worker, Anatoly Andreevich Levchenja, the carpenter-concreter – owners of an award "Labour Glory" of III degree.

Victor Vasilevich Pyzhik, the former chief СУ-95, is awarded ranks "The Honored builder of the Belarus Soviet Socialist Republic".

Many workers of collective are awarded by medals of the USSR and Certificates of honour of Supreme Soviet of BSSR.
