Management of the chief of works (MCW) №123 has been created on December, 10th, 1958 for performance of works on housing and social construction in Soligorsk.

In March, 1961 MCWs have been renamed into the CA (Construction Administrations).

Novikov A.I. was the first head of department. I.Krivenchenko worked after him only two months. From May till December, 1959 the management has headed Rosanov and since December, 1959 till 1963 has headed Livshits G.G. Other chiefs of this CA were: Lyskovets N.H., Chilidzhan A.L., Pavljukevich М, Delendik I.A., Sherepa G. S, Luchinovich G.P.

Stepan Frantsevich Sinkevich supervised over collective of CA-123 more than 25 years he began to work in management by the chief engineer. Since October, 1st, 2007 construction administration was headed by Dmitry Mihajlovich Kartuz.

At the moment of creation of management staff of all workers made 330 persons.

Collective CA-123 has constructed in Soligorsk approximately 80 percent of habitation and a city infrastructure. Among them: the first department store, a bakery, hospital camp and a children's hospital complex, a building of the Soviet and party bodies, the Palace of miners, department store "Soligorsk", a cinema "Venus", communal services centre, republican hospital with treatment in salty cave, the building of People's Court, hotel "Alesya", industrial complex at home working, a children's improving complex "Zelenyj Bor", sanatorium-dispensary "Pearl", Rozhdestva Presvjatoj Bogoroditsy's temple, kindergartens and city high schools, objects of state farm "New Polesye" and many other things.

Since 1995 the administration has started works on construction of industrial buildings and erections and major repairs of RUE PA " Belaruskaly ". And since 1999 CA-123 has begunn successfully to master works on building and reconstruction of objects outside the city. Having licences for many kinds of activity on performance of construction and special works, the management make reconstruction of industrial base of Osipovichsky management of the main gas pipelines, engineering-laboratory case" Minskavtogaz " is placed in operation, the children's recreation camp "Rocket" in Zhdanovichi and administrative-industrial control centre of air roads RUE "Belaeronavigatsija" and others are constructed.

Having a wide experience of work and stable collective, management propounded and activate acceleration of civil and erection works and quality improvement.

Today CA-123 is a competitive organization, it has brigades of highly skilled masons, fitter, carpenters-concreters, personnel of other mass trades and the technical officers who are capable of high-quality to perform works of any architectural complexity.
