Specialized management №149 OJSC "Building trust №3” is formed on May, 5th, 1975 under the insistent motion of the chief engineer of trust Ashejchika N.Z. by allocation of MMSW-108 ИТР, workers, a part of mechanisms and by the order of Minpromstroj BSSR №148.

Lojko Joseph Adamovich was the first chief of the department. Subsequently the organization headed Dovnar Michael Mironovich and Pilkevich Vladimir Mihajlovich. Since 1984 and on present the honored builder of the Republic of Belarus Kovalevsky Nikolay Vladimirovich heads SM-149.

Specialized management №149 has following basic directions of industrial activity: the device of networks of water supply and sewage, the device of networks of gas supply (low, average, a high pressure, main), internal sanitary works, the device of networks of a heat supply, road and heat insulation works, an accomplishment. Last years management has mastered new kinds of works: manufacturing and delivery to garden sites of country houses, maintenance service of cars, covering sidewalk tiles of a various configuration. Professionals from SM-149 with a great skill make packing of pipes of the big diameter on treatment facilities, steel pipelines, a asphalt concrete mix, the gravel basis of roads and packing of asphalt and other works. During existence the personnel number of management has increased in 4,8 times (from 103 persons to 500 persons).

Management mounted difficult engineering networks, carried out a factory accomplishment "Ozocerite" in Svisloch, the Uzdensky pig-breeding complex, at the joint Belarus-German enterprise "Minsk international educational centre", on welfare projects of Slutsk, Ljuban, Kletsk.

Management performed works of the most complicated systems of waterpipes, the water drain and gas pipelines at 4th potash industrial complex, 5th mine, reconstruction of 1st, 2nd and 3rd mine management, building of treatment facilities economic common water drains in the cities of Soligorsk and Slutsk, accomplishments of hospitals and kindergartens.

Professional feature of Soligorsk builders from SM-149 are well known on all republic. Last years SM-149 carries out amounts of works equal to volumes of average building trusts of the republic.

In management remarkable workers, highly skilled experts have grown: the assembler of external pipelines Klishevich Vladimir Nikolaevich, is awarded the order "Labour Glory of III degree"; electric-gas welder Trifanov Grigory Antonovich, is the gentleman of an award "Honour Sign"; the assembler of external pipelines Marinich Nikolay Leontevich, is awarded the order "the Honour Sign"; the senior foreman Gubchik Gennady Nikolaevich is a honoured builder of the BSSR.
