Construction administration №95 is created on January, 14th, 1974 in accordance with the order of the Ministry of industrial building BSSR №11. Its purpose was building of industrial targets of the fourth potash factory. Since April, 1st, 1974 its collective has started works. The collective is formed due to transfer of brigades and ETW from CA-105, CA-122, CA-123.

General contract construction administration №105 is created on September, 1st, 1962 on the basis of staff of CA-122 and CA-123. Kulik Nikolay Andreevich became the first head of department and Peschanker Alexander Abramovich became the chief engineer.

CA-122 is the first construction administration of building trust №3 and is created on June, 9th, 1958. Vasily Paramonovich Hromyh, the military civil engineer, the lieutenant colonel sent from Slutsky garrison, was the first head of the organisation. In reality he has carried out only organizational actions. On replacement to him Ejsman Michael Uljanovich was sent from Minsk.

Management of the chief of works (MCW) №123 has been created on December, 10th, 1958 for performance of works on housing and social construction in Soligorsk.

Construction administration of painting and decorating №137 is created on the basis of a site of painting and decorating CA-66 of the Minsk trust №7 at building trust №3 on February, 8th, 1968. Albert Vasilevich Lavrenov was the first chief of the department.

Specialized management №149 OJSC "Building trust №3" is formed on May, 5th, 1975 under the insistent motion of the chief engineer of trust Ashejchika N.Z. by allocation of MMSW-108 ИТР, workers, a part of mechanisms and by the order of Minpromstroj BSSR №148.

In August, 1958 on floor spaces of former Starobin MTS in Kulaki the self-supporting site of mechanization of building trust №3 (SSM) has been organized on its base in December, 1962 management of mechanization and special works №108 (MMSW-108) is created.

Management of an industrial-technological complete set of OJSC "Building Trust №3 Awards of October revolution" is transformed from supply office of building trust №3 by order №150 from April, 4th, 1963.

n 1963 workers of Building Trust №3 erect industrial cases of the First, the Second mine management PA "Belaruskaly", many-storeyed houses of young Soligorsk. Difficult objects demanded new designs, the bricklaying not always was in time behind creative thought of designers, and increasing volumes of building demanded the increasing quantity of concrete and solution.

The Design workshop "Strojproekt" has been created on the basis of technological department of the management machinery of OJSC «Building Trust №3» on 05.01.1998. The first director of the workshop was Valentina Fominichna Dirienko, she has devoted all her life to building.

The Computer centre (CC) has been based on December, 6th, 1993 by order №258 from 6.12.1993 as organization department of OJSC “Building Trust №3”.

The children's rehabilitation-improving centre “Zelenyj bor” functions since 1992, according to the order-decision №62 from March, 3rd, 1992 of OJSC “Building Trust №3 Awards of October revolution” about opening of a sanatorium-improving complex “Zelenyj bor”.

The Housing-and-municipal office has been created on December, 1st, 1958 as a house management, for service and the maintenance of domestic objects of building trust №3.
